NEW HORIZONS IN HYPERBARIC MEDICINE AND WOUND CARE features session blocks from the ACHM 2010 Annual Conference including Building Your Business, HBO New Horizons and Wound Care Practice and Practicum.  

HYPERBARIC MEDICINE: PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE is a comprehensive certification course for physicians, nurses, and technicians that provides the essential training you need to begin working within your hospital's Hyperbaric Department. For the past 3 years, Hyperbaric Medicine: Principles & Practice has provided introductory hyperbaric training to over 100 clinicians. The feedback from the students has been exceptional, and most have reported that this course has provided an excellent educational experience and a solid foundation for the practice of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. 

WOUND CARE BOOT CAMP is intended to provide a strong foundation in the basic tenets of wound care, including physiology, assessment and classification. An introduction to the etiology, diagnosis and management algorithms of the major wound care types is provided. While the content of this course is focused at an introductory level and designed for novice wound care providers, it is also an excellent review for the experienced wound care professionals.
