General Instructions

All candidates must be members of the ACHM, must have supervised at least 300 treatments, and must have attended a primary training program approved by either the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine, the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society, the US Department of Defense, or completed an approved hyperbaric fellowship.

Cost is $1,200

*Special Note: Our certification exam is open to non-US MDs, but there will be an additional fee for processing international applications ($100).

Question Writing Guide (each applicant must submit five (5) questions which will be added to the pool of questions for the exam).
