General Instructions:  All candidates must be members of the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine, must have supervised at least 300 treatments and have attended a primary training program approved by either the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine, the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society, the US Department of Defense, or completed an approved hyperbaric fellowship.
